General Refund Policy

At PerfectPartnerHub, we strive to provide the highest quality relationship guidance and consultation services. We want you to be satisfied with your experience.

Non-Refundable Policy: All paid consultation fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once the session has been initiated or the consultation has begun. By making payment, you agree to this policy.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only in specific situations described in Section 3 of this policy.

⚖️ Legal Framework
This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Indian Contract Act 1872 and IT Act 2000. Your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.

Paid Consultation Fees

PerfectPartnerHub offers personal consultation sessions with Priya Sharma (Certified Relationship Counselor) via WhatsApp.

When Refund IS Eligible ✅

A refund may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical failure on our end that completely prevented the session from occurring
  • Double payment charged due to payment gateway system error
  • Session not delivered within agreed timeframe due to our fault
  • Payment charged but no booking confirmation received within 24 hours
  • Wrong amount charged due to our system error
How to Claim: Email support@perfectpartnerhub.com within 24 hours of the issue with payment proof, transaction ID and description of the problem. Refund requests after 24 hours will not be entertained.
⚖️ Consumer Protection Act 2019
Under Consumer Protection Act 2019, you are entitled to a refund if a service is not provided as promised or if you are charged incorrectly. We fully comply with these statutory rights.

When Refund is NOT Eligible ✗

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after making payment
  • Dissatisfaction with relationship advice given (guidance is subjective)
  • Session completed successfully by Priya Sharma
  • Refund requested after 24 hours of payment
  • User did not respond or was unavailable during scheduled session
  • User provided incorrect contact information
  • Membership fees once platform access has been granted
  • Partial completion of session at user’s request
  • Dissatisfaction with outcome of advice followed
  • Change in personal circumstances after booking

Important: Relationship counseling outcomes depend on individual circumstances, personal choices and implementation of guidance. We cannot guarantee specific results. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Membership Plan Refunds

Non-Refundable: Membership plan fees are strictly non-refundable once platform access has been granted and the membership has been activated.

Exceptions for Membership Refunds:

  • Technical error resulting in double billing
  • Membership not activated despite successful payment (within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect membership plan charged due to system error

No Refund for Membership:

  • Cancellation after membership activation
  • Unused membership period
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features
  • Account suspended due to policy violation

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm): Refund to same UPI ID — 1–3 business days
  • Credit Card: Refund to same card — 5–10 business days
  • Debit Card: Refund to same card — 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: Refund to same bank account — 3–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Refund to same account — 3–5 business days

Note: Refunds will only be made to the original payment source. We cannot process refunds to a different account, UPI ID or payment method than the one used for the original transaction.

Chargeback Policy

Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a legitimate charge with your bank) after receiving our service is a violation of our Terms and may constitute fraud under IT Act 2000 and IPC.

Regarding chargebacks:

  • Please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank
  • We will provide all transaction evidence to payment processors
  • Fraudulent chargeback accounts will be permanently banned
  • We reserve the right to take legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Legitimate disputes will always be resolved amicably
