Membership Payments

All VIP and premium membership payments made on Perfect Partner Hub are non-refundable once successfully processed.

Service Nature

Our platform provides digital matchmaking services. Since access to premium features is granted immediately after payment, refunds are generally not applicable.

Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment occurs due to technical issues, users must contact us within 48 hours with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded after review.

Account Suspension

If an account is suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided.
