When creating an account on PerfectPartnerHub, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it current
• Keep your account credentials (password) confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Use only your real identity — fake profiles are strictly prohibited

PerfectPartnerHub provides the following services:

• Dating advice and relationship guidance articles
• Love problem solutions and counseling content
• Marriage guidance and pre-marriage resources
• Astrology love match and kundali matching tools
• Love calculators and compatibility tests (300+ tools)
• Community groups on Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram
• Paid personal consultation with Priya Sharma

PerfectPartnerHub offers paid personal consultation services with Priya Sharma (Certified Relationship Counselor) via WhatsApp.

• Consultation fees: ₹299 to ₹999 per session
• Sessions conducted via WhatsApp: +91 9422305439
• Session duration and format decided upon booking confirmation
• Payment must be completed before session begins
• All consultations are strictly confidential and private
• Sessions are for guidance purposes only — not medical/legal advice
• Priya Sharma is a certified relationship counselor, not a licensed therapist

Refund may be considered ONLY in these cases:

• Technical failure on our end preventing session from occurring
• Double payment charged due to system error
• Session not delivered within agreed timeframe due to our fault

No refund will be provided for:

• Change of mind after payment
• Dissatisfaction with advice given (guidance is subjective)
• Session completed successfully
• Membership fees once access is granted

By using PerfectPartnerHub, you agree to:

• Treat all users with respect, dignity and courtesy
• Provide honest and accurate information in your profile
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect the privacy of other users
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior to our team
• Not misuse or attempt to hack the platform
• Comply with all applicable Indian and international laws
• Not engage in any discriminatory behavior based on religion, caste, gender or region

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Creating fake, misleading or fraudulent profiles
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Sharing obscene, pornographic or illegal content
• Harassing, threatening or bullying other users
• Attempting to scam or defraud other users or the platform
• Collecting user data without consent (scraping)
• Posting spam, unsolicited messages or advertisements
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without permission
• Violating any Indian law including IT Act 2000, IPC or POCSO Act
• Creating accounts if previously banned

All content on PerfectPartnerHub — including articles, love tools, calculators, images, logos, designs and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of PerfectPartnerHub and Priya Sharma.

• All content is protected under Copyright Act 1957 (India)
• You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
• DMCA takedown notices apply for international copyright protection
• User-submitted content (profiles, photos) remains your property
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines

• PerfectPartnerHub does not guarantee successful matches or relationships
• Relationship outcomes depend entirely on individual choices and circumstances
• Love tools and calculators are for entertainment purposes only
• Astrology content is for general guidance — not scientific prediction
• We are not responsible for offline meetings or interactions between users
• Always exercise personal judgment and caution when meeting people online
• Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for services in the past 30 days

By creating a matrimony profile on PerfectPartnerHub, you confirm:

• All information provided is true, accurate and up-to-date
• Profile photo is your genuine recent photograph
• You are legally eligible for marriage (not already married, unless divorced/widowed)
• You are using the platform with genuine matrimony intent
• You consent to your profile being visible to other registered users
• You will not misuse contact information of other users
• You understand online matches require independent verification before commitment

Our Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram communities are governed by these additional rules:

• Be respectful — no hate speech, abusive language or personal attacks
• No spam, promotional content or unsolicited advertisements
• No sharing of obscene, adult or inappropriate content
• No religious, political or divisive content
• Respect privacy — do not share others’ personal information
• Follow group admin instructions at all times
• Violations result in immediate removal from all community groups

PerfectPartnerHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• Violation of any Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, fake or misleading profile information
• Harassment or abuse of other users or staff
• Non-payment of dues or chargebacks
• Legal requirement or court order
• Platform security or safety concerns
• Inactivity for more than 12 months

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Contract law: Indian Contract Act 1872
• Consumer disputes: Consumer Protection Act 2019
• Copyright: Copyright Act 1957
• Criminal violations: Indian Penal Code (IPC)
• Jurisdiction: Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
